We are receiving calls from experienced builders that are looking to repair PRC properties that they own or need to repair on behalf of Clients.

In either case mortgageability is vital and we can ensure that this is achieved. Each type of PRC house needs to be reconstructed in an approved format to make them acceptable to Banks and Building Societies.

Although we have repair teams of our own we are very happy to work with experienced contractors on PRC repair projects, from an initial inspection through to full PRC certification.
